These terms cover the Univermag add-on for Google Sheets™. The web application is a separate product under development; its terms will be published before launch.
Working with reports
You connect your seller account and select reports to export. Use only credentials you are authorized to use and grant the permissions needed for the features you select. You control spreadsheet access and are responsible for subsequent use of exported data.
Check the target sheet and write mode before starting. Overwrite mode replaces the selected report's data; keep copies of important spreadsheets. Resume availability depends on the report and its saved state.
Availability and calculations
Operation depends on marketplace APIs and Google Apps Script limits. API changes, quotas and temporary failures may delay an export or make a report unavailable. Calculated metrics depend on source data; check them before making business decisions.
Third-party features
AI uses your key and only eligible providers. Sending data requires separate recipient-specific consent for sheet analysis and for recommendations; you can revoke it in settings. Requests are billed under your provider's terms. AI responses may contain errors; check them before use. Webhooks and email notifications send information to recipients you specify. The add-on privacy policy describes the data and restrictions for each feature. Review the external service's terms as well.
