Report an issue
Include the marketplace, report name, selected dates and error message. If needed, attach a screenshot of the sidebar with personal information and store figures hidden. Do not send API credentials.
Resuming an export
When a report saves progress, a Resume action appears in the sidebar. It resumes that report from its saved state. If the action is unavailable, check the message in execution history.
Credentials and permissions
Select a marketplace and add API credentials from your seller account. Permissions depend on the report; the add-on message indicates the access required. Replace expired or revoked credentials in account settings.
