Настоящие Условия использования («Условия») регулируют использование расширения Univermag для Google Sheets™ («Расширение»), разработанного Даниилом Бурдыгиным («Разработчик»). Устанавливая или используя Расширение, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями.These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Univermag Google Sheets™ add-on (“the Add-on”) developed by Daniil Burdygin (“the Developer”). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Предмет · Subject

Univermag — это расширение Google Sheets™, которое получает аналитику продавца из API Wildberries и записывает её в вашу Google-таблицу. У Разработчика нет собственного сервера: Расширение работает внутри инфраструктуры Google Apps Script.Univermag is a Google Sheets™ add-on that fetches a seller’s analytics from the Wildberries API and writes it into your Google spreadsheet. The Developer has no server of its own: the Add-on runs within the Google Apps Script infrastructure.

Данные Wildberries вы предоставляете самостоятельно: вы вводите собственный API-токен продавца. Вы отвечаете за сохранность этого токена и за то, что имеете право использовать соответствующий аккаунт Wildberries.You provide the Wildberries data yourself: you enter your own seller API token. You are responsible for safeguarding that token and for being authorized to use the corresponding Wildberries account.

2. Стоимость · Pricing

Сейчас Расширение предоставляется бесплатно. Разработчик вправе ввести платные функции или платные планы в будущем; об этом будет сообщено заранее, а соответствующие условия опубликованы до начала взимания платы.The Add-on is currently provided free of charge. The Developer may introduce paid features or paid plans in the future; this will be announced in advance and the relevant terms published before any charges apply.

3. Требования · Requirements

  • Аккаунт Google с доступом к Google Sheets™.A Google account with access to Google Sheets™.
  • Действительный API-токен продавца Wildberries (получить на seller.wildberries.ru).A valid Wildberries seller API token (obtained from seller.wildberries.ru).

4. Допустимое использование · Acceptable use

  • Используйте Расширение в соответствии с условиями API Wildberries и политиками Google Workspace Marketplace.Use the Add-on in compliance with the Wildberries API terms and the Google Workspace Marketplace policies.
  • Не используйте Расширение для незаконных целей, не пытайтесь обойти ограничения API, не нарушайте права третьих лиц.Do not use the Add-on for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to bypass API limits, and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Вы отвечаете за данные, записанные в ваши таблицы.You are responsible for the data written to your spreadsheets.

5. Связь с Wildberries · Relationship with Wildberries

Расширение — независимый продукт. Оно не аффилировано с Wildberries, не одобрено и не является официальным продуктом Wildberries. «Wildberries» — товарный знак, права на который принадлежат ООО «Вайлдберриз»; он используется здесь исключительно для указания на совместимость и не означает связи с правообладателем.The Add-on is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Wildberries. “Wildberries” is a trademark of OOO Wildberries (ООО «Вайлдберриз»), used here solely to indicate compatibility and does not imply any affiliation with the trademark owner.

Расширение зависит от API Wildberries, которым управляет ООО «Вайлдберриз». Разработчик не отвечает за изменения в API Wildberries, его доступность или условия использования.The Add-on depends on the Wildberries API, operated by OOO Wildberries. The Developer is not responsible for changes to the Wildberries API, its availability, or its terms of use.

6. «Как есть» и отказ от гарантий · “As is” and disclaimer

Расширение предоставляется «как есть» и «как доступно», без каких-либо гарантий, явных или подразумеваемых. Разработчик не гарантирует, что Расширение будет работать бесперебойно и без ошибок: его работа зависит от API Wildberries и инфраструктуры Google, на которые Разработчик не влияет.The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Add-on will run uninterrupted or error-free: its operation depends on the Wildberries API and the Google infrastructure, which are outside the Developer’s control.

7. Ограничение ответственности · Limitation of liability

В максимально допустимой законом степени Разработчик не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные или последующие убытки, связанные с использованием Расширения, включая потерю данных, упущенную выгоду или перебои в бизнесе, а также за сбои, вызванные API Wildberries или инфраструктурой Google.To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Add-on — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — nor for failures caused by the Wildberries API or the Google infrastructure.

8. Интеллектуальная собственность · Intellectual property

Расширение и его исходный код принадлежат Разработчику. Вы не вправе копировать, изменять, распространять или декомпилировать Расширение за пределами, допускаемыми применимым законодательством.The Add-on and its source code belong to the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Add-on beyond what applicable law permits.

9. Прекращение доступа · Termination

Вы можете прекратить использование в любой момент, удалив Расширение. Разработчик вправе прекратить предоставление Расширения в любое время без предварительного уведомления.You may stop using the Add-on at any time by removing it. The Developer may discontinue the Add-on at any time without prior notice.

10. Применимое право · Governing law

К настоящим Условиям применяется законодательство Российской Федерации. Расширение ориентировано на пользователей в России, Узбекистане, Казахстане и Беларуси.These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The Add-on is intended for users in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.

11. Товарные знаки Google · Google trademarks

Google Sheets™ — товарный знак Google LLC. Расширение не одобрено Google LLC и не аффилировано с ней.Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC. The Add-on is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.

12. Изменения условий · Changes to these Terms

Условия могут обновляться. Продолжение использования Расширения после внесения изменений означает согласие с обновлёнными Условиями.These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
